Thomas Kinkade's Painting of the Daytona 500 is available for Kinkade and Nascar fans to collect and enjoy!

The Daytona 500 is the Super Bowl of Nascar run in February each year. Kinkade's Nascar Painting commemorates the 50th Running of the "Great American Race" capturing much of the excitement and fanfare of one of sport's most important events.

In February 2008, Thomas Kinkade embarked on a journey to capture the heart and soul of Nascar's most popular race in art -- The Daytona 500. Following the event, over 10,000 people voted on which of Kinkade's sketches should become the painting. Three months passed following the race before Kinkade unveiled the painting known as "Nascar Thunder!"
